Who are National Car Spares?

National Car Spares, adhering to all environmental legislations, are professional vehicle dismantlers based in Lancashire. We depollute vehicles daily removing quality used replacement car parts and delivering them to the private and trade sector throughout the country.

How can I find the part I am after?

1. Firstly At the top of every webpage on our website, you will see an “Easy Car Parts Finder” search box, in here you can enter in the details of the part you are after and press search.
   
2. Secondly you can search via the relevant parts category on the left hand side of the page, i.e. if you are looking for a ABS Pump, select the ABS Pump category, a new web page will load up with a list of all the different vehicle manufactures logos, next click the relevant vehicle manufacturer logo e.g. if you own a VW click the VW logo which will load up a page showing a picture of each VW vehicle we have in stock. ABS Pumps for your chosen vehicle will show with the image, description, any necessary part numbers and the price.

 

1. Thirdly you can also locate the car parts you are after, by pressing the “Vehicles Breaking Now” button. From here you will have the choice to choose your vehicle manufacturer and find your vehicle. This will then show you a picture of the car we have in stock, vehicle description, and will allow you to email your enquiry into us about any car part you are after off this vehicle.

I cannot find the part I am after on your website?

We have new vehicles arriving daily, and our I.T specialists are constantly uploading new stock onto our website. If you cannot find the part you are after, please either email in your parts enquiry, or call our 24/7 live parts mail order hotline number on…………where we will be more than happy to find you the part you are after

Is your 24/7 mail order hotline automated or is there a live operator i can speak to?

Our 24 hours a day 7 days a week mail order hotline is available for you to speak to a live parts specialist who can advise you and process your order. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Am I obliged to purchase the item after submitting / emailing in an enquiry?

Absolutely not, on receiving your email, an experienced parts specialist will search through our computerised parts database to find your parts, and will email or call you back with the lowest possible price guaranteed to save you money.

How soon can I expect to receive my car part that I have ordered?

All orders are immediately processed and picked from the shelf and carefully packaged and booked on usually for a next day delivery service. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands are on a 2-3 day delivery service.

Are engines and gearboxes delivered next day?

All our items are dispatched out immediately upon purchase for a next day delivery. For engines and gearboxes, due to there heavy weight and dimension please allow two days. All engines will be delivered on a pallet, and gearboxes in a wooden crate.

Can I pickup the car part I have purchased in person?

If you are local and would like to pickup in person, you most certainly can by arranging a time with us. We are open 7 days a week from 8am till late.

Are your car service parts new?

All our car service parts we provide are brand new and to Original Equipment specification and not much different to what is already fitted in your vehicle. We only supply premium high quality components. All car service parts we supply will be matched correctly to your vehicle, by using your vehicle registration number.
